Steven "Steve" Malcolms is a serial rapist who appeared in "Highway".
Background[]
Malcolms was the product of a rape; his parents were serial rapist Donald Henry Grayson, a.k.a. "The Orange Blossom Rapist", and Grayson's first victim Jenna Bennington. Not wanting to keep a rapist's child, Jenna gave Malcolms away to an adoption agency in Miami. He was adopted by a wealthy couple from Tucson, Arizona, Harold and Vivian Malcolms. Given his current name, Malcolms lived an apparently normal life for most of his childhood and teenage years. After graduating high school, he immediately joined the Tucson Police Department and quickly rose to the ranks of detective. He became noted for his extremely high case-closure rate and was given several awards for his exemplary work, even being considered for a promotion to Sergeant. However, underneath this facade, Malcolms was a serial rapist like his father, taking advantage of his job to rape several women. One of the victims was his own partner, Detective Casey Bell, who he raped repeatedly for six years. As he was a highly respected police officer, none of his victims ever decided to report him.
